For the 4th year in a row we’re launching our Winter I.P.A., brewed with reclaimed spruce needles. And this year we’re is taking it one step further, showing you not only how to drink but also how to eat a Christmas tree. On 11 December we will set the table at Bar Bistro Bureau for unique edition of our Botanical Brewkitchen pop-up dinners*. Five renowned top chefs (Joris Bijdendijk (RIJKS), Samuel Levie (Brandt & Levie, Food Cabinet), Rudolf Brand (CIRCL), René van der Weijden (Hemel & Aarde), Sander van Weelden (Bar Bistro Bureau) will put together a one-time-only 5-course menu* starring: Christmas trees.
