Sour Summer Beertail
Beertail, serves 1A beertail is a cocktail, made even better with the addition of our botanical beers. Here's a favourite from a friend: a delicious summer concoction by @Pansavva; easy on the palate with complex flavours and aromas.
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Aperol
- 3 dashes pink grapefruit bitters
- Lowlander Yuzu & Grapefruit
- Garnish: thyme and a slice of grapefruit
Mix Campari, Aperol and bitters in a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with Lowlander Yuzu & Pink Grapefruit and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of thyme.
