• 30 ml Ocho Tequila
  • 20 ml spicy sumac syrup
  • 20 ml grapefruit juice
  • 100 ml Lowlander Grapefruit Pale Ale
  • Glass: highball with ice
  • Garnish: grapefruit wedge

Mix tequila, grapefruit juice and sumac syrup in a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.  Top off with Lowlander Pale Ale.
(For the spicy sumac syrup: bring to boil 200ml water. Take off the heat, add 2 tbsp of dried sumac, 1/2 red pepper without seeds and 200 ml sugar. Stir to dissolve, sieve and store in the fridge).
