- 30 ml Ocho Tequila
- 20 ml spicy sumac syrup
- 20 ml grapefruit juice
- 100 ml Lowlander Grapefruit Pale Ale
- Glass: highball with ice
- Garnish: grapefruit wedge
Mix tequila, grapefruit juice and sumac syrup in a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with Lowlander Pale Ale.
(For the spicy sumac syrup: bring to boil 200ml water. Take off the heat, add 2 tbsp of dried sumac, 1/2 red pepper without seeds and 200 ml sugar. Stir to dissolve, sieve and store in the fridge).
