• 20 ml Seedlip Spice
  • 10 ml sage syrup
  • 20 ml grapefruit juice
  • 150 ml Lowlander Yuzu & Grapefruit
  • Glass: highball with ice
  • Garnish: grapefruit peel and sprig of thyme

Mix Seedlip Spice, syrup and grapefruit juice in a glass filled with ice cubes. Top off with Lowlander Yuzu & Grapefruit and garnish with a swirl of orange peel  and a sprig of thyme.

(For the sage syrup: bring to boil 200ml water. Take off the heat, add 2 tbsp of dried sage and 200 ml sugar. Stir to dissolve, sieve and store in the fridge).
