Ingredients

  • 30 ml Union 55 Rum
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml ginger syrup
  • 150 ml Lowlander Ginger & Kaffir Lime
  • 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Glass: highball with ice cubes
  • Garnish: lime wedge and sprig of mint



Mix the rum en lime juice in a cocktail glass and add ice cubes. Top off with Lowlander Ginger & Kaffir Lime and Angostura bitters. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
