Dark & stormy’s are cliché. Ginger, kaffir lime and an outstanding rum will give you the boost of happiness you possibly need.
- 30ml Union 55 Rum
- 20ml Lime juice
- 20ml Ginger syrup
- 150ml Ginger & Kaffir Lime
Garnish: Lime wedge + mint sprig & 3 dashes of Angostura
Glass: Highball glass
Chill your highball with ice. Pour and build all ingredients in the glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, mint sprig and 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
- 2 tablespoons of dried chopped ginger
- 200ml Water
- 200gr Crystal sugar
Put the water in the pan, let boil and add the dried ginger. Keep it hot for 15 minutes, add the sugar, let dissolve and cool down.
