Espresso Martini’s can be left in the past since this new Dockside Martini entered the game exclusively made with our Poorter brewed with Vanilla and Liquorice Root.


  • 40ml Rum (Union 55)
  • 40ml Poorter
  • 30ml Cold brew espresso
  • 20ml Liquorice syrup
  • Ice

Garnish: Liquorice stick as stir

Glass: Rocks glass


Fill your glass with ice, pour all ingredients over the ice cubes in the glass. Garnish with a liquorice stick and stir.

Liquorice syrup:

  • 2 table spoons chopped liquorice root
  • 200ml Water
  • 200gr Crystal sugar

Put the water in the pan, let boil and add the liquorice root. Keep it hot for 15 minutes, add the sugar, let dissolve, filter and cool down.
