When we were brainstorming about the 2017 series of Brew Kitchen dinners, Jasper was the first one to come to mind. As a chef and director of the Taste Museum he knows everything about flavour, herbs and spices. Jasper is the author of the worldwide award-winning Creative Chef Cookbook and presented his concepts at the prestigious Design Weeks in New York, Milan and Eindhoven. With his edible 3D still lifes “Taste of the Dutch Masters”, Jasper won the Horecava Innovation Award and the Best Idea Award in 2017.
