Usually, the casual clink of beer bottles perfectly captures the mood. Sometimes, however, you need to hear the pop of a cork to get the celebration started. Time for something completely new: using a combination of grapes, spruce needles, Riesling yeast & hops, we’ve created a celebration drink that’s part wine, part Champagne, part botanical beer, with gooseberry aromas, a fruity, citrus palate, a bone-dry finish & (of course) plenty of fizz.
